1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Itqan app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Subscriptions

Itqan offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

3. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes access to Juz Amma (37 surahs) with a limit of 3 recitation sessions per day. These limits are enforced to ensure fair use of our AI infrastructure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the application, or use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI accuracy scoring is 100% correct. The app is a learning aid and should be used alongside qualified Quran teachers for serious memorization.
